These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of choicelyt.com and its content. In these Terms, “Choicelyt,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the website, a publication run by Husnain Ur Rehman Awan from Pakistan.

3. Accuracy, sources and updates

We aim to use credible sources and to label important limitations. Nevertheless, occupations, salaries, education requirements, licensing rules, employment projections, tuition costs and laws can change. Job titles may also mean different things across employers and locations.

13. Website availability and enforcement

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any page or feature without notice. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties, or to respond to misuse. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

14. Governing law

Choicelyt is written for a general U.S. audience but is operated from Pakistan. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of a court of competent authority, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
